A high school girl who decided to become an idol faces obstacles on the way to her dream. Along the way, she meets budding stars from all over, rediscovering what her shining ambition really means.. Based on a Japanese novel written by then Nogizaka46 member Kazumi Takayama. It was originally published in Kadokawa Shoten’s manga and book news magazine Da Vinci from April 2016 to August 2018. Kadokawa Shoten later published the novel in print with Tae’s cover in November 2018. It’s an instant hit if you’re looking for a great coming-of-age story about what happens when you accept the norms of life in exchange for an extravagant leap into the unknown. The characters have great chemistry – the messages and inspirational tones touch many notes, from low somber notes to high excitement, all thanks to the chemistry between the characters and the natural progression of the plot. This film really ties together a magnificent progression that will make you feel many emotions, as extravagant as the dreams of our main characters. If you’re looking for a beautiful anime in every way – whether it’s stunning visuals, soulful tones, or having a great time being young while we still can, I can’t recommend the film enough. This story comes full circle without missing or wanting anything – it is a star in itself.
